On the morning of May 12nd in 2018,the Periodical Office of People’s Legal System and Law School of Henan University hosted the forum of Legal Campus Construction and Financial laws successfully at the mock court on the third floor of Law School of Henan University associated by the Student Affairs of Henan University and Youth league committee of Henan University.Participants from the Periodical Office of People’s Legal System,Behaviour Law Association, Units of every level in Kaifeng and forty experts and scholars of Henan University and more than one hundred students has participated in this forum.

Executive Vice President of the Periodical Office of People’s Legal System Jiang Jiansheng and Dean of Law School of Henan University Cai Jun were the signatory representatives of the two parts.They made a contract of strategic partners.Afterwards,Chen Jingtian, Cai Jun inaugurated the Campus legal Service Center.

In the topic report section,Chen Xiongfei,Deputy secretary general of the judicial behaviour research institute of the Chinese academy of behavioral law,and former deputy director of the crime prevention office of the institute of justice interpreted the school loans and other loan issues and put forward some prevention programs.Liu Shuang,professor of the Law school of Henan University,director of the Research Center of European Law,used specific examples to analyse the existing school bully problems and pointed out it needs the joint effort of Parents Caring,Teachers concentrating,Schools managing,Laws protecting and so on.

The forum responded positively to and advanced the Research of Legal Campus Construction and relative issues of law,enhancing the college students’ financial security awareness and self-defensive ability.
