Cai Jun, Professor and Doctor of Law. He is an outstanding young and middle-aged jurist of Henan Province and the leader of first-level key discipline (law) of Henan Province. He has published more than 40 papers in journals such as CSSCI, presided over 6 national and provincial projects,and published 4 monographs. He has twice received 2nd and once received 3rd prize of Henan Provincial Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award. He was also selected as one of the “Hundred Talents” in Henan Province, the scientific and technological innovation talents of Henan universities and the academic and technical leaders of the Henan Provincial Department of Education. Professor Cai Jun  is also the standing director of the Henan Law Society, the director of the Chinese Criminal Law Research Association, the expert of the Henan Provincial Party Committee Legal Experts, expert of the Henan Province rule of law think tank, and a non-permanent member of Henan Provincial Judge Prosecutor Selection Committee.
